Napier and Te Mata Peak
2007 Feb 11 20:00 by JakubToday we drove along the east coast of the north island through a little town called Napier. The town was destroyed by an earthquake in 1931 and many of the building were rebuilt in Art Deco style. We ate some fish and chips, stopped at a lookout point (Te Mata Peak – very nice) and resumed our way south in the direction of Wellington.
